Mocha host Umbraco - hosting error related to web.config

I was installing the Umbraco CMS on one of my sub domain and came across this error:

Step 2/5: Database configuration Database configuration Could not save the web.config file. Please modify the connection string manually. An error occurred loading a configuration file: Access to the path 'C:\inetpub\vhosts\xyz\subdomains\web\httpdocs\ekuppgqj.tmp' is denied. (C:\inetpub\vhosts\xyz\subdomains\web\httpdocs\web.config)

Solution: Give modify and write permission to IIS WP USER
